History 2003 Was registered by the decision of the RA Central Bank Board (license N 83)
  Acquired a significant part of assets and liabilities, as well as wide branch network
  Acquired the main business share of Armagrobank along with its infrastructure

2004 Participant of Security market (on the basis of permanent tripartite agreements #19/200941 and #19/200942 signed between Ardshininvestbank, RA Central Bank and RA Ministry of Finance and Economy)

2005 Dealer for Treasury bills issued by the RA Central Bank (on the basis of agreement #19/250555 signed with the RA Central Bank)
Participant of "Armenian Stock Exchange" Self-regulatory Organization (present "NASDAQ OMX Armenia")
Participant of foreign exchange trading organized at the Armenian Stock Exchange (present "NASDAQ OMX Armenia")
2007 The International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group, acquired a significant participation in the Bank’s Charter Capital.
Insured its risks, particularly:
  - RI - responsibility insurance,
  - D&O - director's and officials' responsibility insurance,
  - BBB - banking risk comprehensive insurance,
  - PI - property insurance,
  - CC - insurance against electronic and computer crimes.

2008 Became an agent in the Armenian market of medium- and long-term coupon bonds.
Moody's international rating agency awarded the Bank a "Ba3" long-term and "NP" short-term ratings, financial stability was assessed "D-". The economic outlook for all ratings is stable.
The first registered coupon bonds were issued at the amount of AMD 1.5 billion.
Became a member of the Armenian Stock Exchange

2009 Ratings revision by Moody's international rating agency:
    - long-term "Ba2" and short-term Not Prime for deposits in national currency,
    - long-term "Ba3" and short-term Not Prime for deposits in foreign currency.
    Financial stability ("BFRS") "D-".
Repayment of the first issue of coupon bonds.
