Moody’s rating agency made the Ardshininvestbank’s Ba2  long-term and Not Prime short-term local currency deposit ratings, Ba3 long-term and Not-prime short-term foreign currency deposit ratings, as well as  “D-” financial stability ("BFSR") ratings unchanged.
 With BFSR criteria of Moody’s “D-” scale, Ardshininvestbank was honoured with the Ba3 ratings due to high capitalization level, and as one of the banks having the largest branch network.
As the Chairman of Ardshininvestbank Nerses Karamanukyan mentioned: “If we take into account the difficult economic situation of the last year, persisting in the ratings of favorite Moody’s agency is a good grade for our Bank, at the same time it is a necessary step to a sustainable development. The ratings will give an opportunity to attract funds from international capital markets, as well as more deeply develop our relationship with old and new partners both in Armenia and abroad”.

On August 21 in the framework of network improvement and advancement program of the Bank the reopening ceremony of the renovated “Armavir” branch took place at a new address.

On June 9, 2010 in the framework of Global Trade Finance Program  IFC (International Financial Corporation) will organize one-day special seminar in Ardshininvestbank for the employees and customers presenting the small and medium business.
The seminar will be focused on the disclosure of customer needs over the financial tools of international business, as well as the risks and procedures  directed to decrease those.
           IFC will present the employees the "Global Trade Finance Program". During it the market share extension via cross sale, the establishment of the stable relationship with customers and significance enhancement of the relationship with the correspondent banks  will be presented.
           At the second part of the seminar, all possible risks related to the international business management and the ways of decreasing, as well as information referring the various tools for trade finance and the advantages of implementation of their mix will be presented to the existing and potential customers of Ardshininvestbank.
          The participants will be acquainted with the pricing elements of trade finance tools, as well.

    On June 2, 2010 Ardshininvestbank participated in the festive action called "The best to the children" organized by the Children support center of Armenian assistance fund and presented colorful kid gifts to the Fund.

As a result of such measures, infringements made by A. Baghdasaryan, the manager of "Vardenis" branch of Ardshininvestbank, has been detected. As a result of investigation related to the circumstances revealed, a relevant note has been presented to the General Prosecutor’s Office, according to which criminal act has been charged to the manager of "Goris" branch.

   Ardshininvestbank and the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) signed a US$10 million loan agreement. The loan is provided for 7 years to support the bank in its programs for SME financing.
  The official signing ceremony of the agreement took place at OFID’s headquarter in Vienna. The agreement was signed by Mr. Suleiman Jasir Al-Herbish, the Director-General of The OPEC Fund for International Development and Mr. Nerses Karamanukyan, the Chairman of the Management Board of Ardshininvestbank.
   Explaining the importance of this agreement N. Karamanukyan said: "This is a long-term line of credit which will create opportunities for contributing to the development of local SMEs and will support them in overcoming the impact of tough economic situation. The Bank aims at continuously expanding its scope of cooperation with international financial institutions to attract more external financial resources and support the economic stability of republic of Armenia."
