Ardshininvestbank announces a competition for a vacant position of accounting specialist in “Vardenis” branch.
People under 35 with higher economic or technical education and computer skills can participate in the competition. Experience in financial-banking system is desirable.
The competition will take place on September 29, 2010 at the Head Office of the Bank on 13, Gr. Lusavorich Str., Yerevan, Armenia.
The competition will be conducted in oral method.
During the competition knowledge in banking, tax law and accounting will be examined.

People under 35 with higher economic or technical education and computer skills can participate in the competition. Experience in financial-banking system is desirable.
The competition will take place on September 28, 2010 at the Head Office of the Bank on 13, Gr. Lusavorich Str., Yerevan, Armenia.
The competition will be conducted in oral method.
During the competition knowledge in banking, tax law, accounting and computer skills (Windows 2000/XP, MS Word, MS Excel, (Windows 2000/XP, MS Word, MS Excel, network) will be examined.

Auditor companies satisfying the following criteria can participate in the tender:
1) International recognition,
2) At least 5-year experience in bank auditing.
The participants must also present the following information:
a) Experience of the employees having participation in the auditing,
b) The spheres of audit comprehension,
c) The period of auditing and presenting auditor’s conclusion (including terms of realizing the preliminary audit),
d) The total cost for auditing (including all types of taxes and other costs),
e) Other additional information.

Tender conditions:
1) At least 30% of employees participating in auditing (including the Head of audit group) must have international accounting qualification (ACCA, PCA, etc) and minimum 3-year experience in bank auditing.
2) Auditor’s conclusion and documents "Letter to the management" should be made up in Armenian, Russian and English, at the same time those documents should have the same legal power and should be presented not later than March 31, 2011.
3) The tender proposals, such as technical and financial applications with a separate closed envelope in a sealed package, must be presented in Armenian to the Bank The deadline for presenting the proposals is September 10, 2010, 05.30 PM.
4) Audit must be conducted in accordance with the international accounting standards.

Tender proposals will be discussed by the tender committee on September 14, 2010, at 05:00 PM at the Head office of the Bank – 13, Gr. Lusavorich Str., Yerevan city, Armenia, and if they wish, the participants of the tender may be present at the process of package opening, and participants of the tender will be informed about the results of competition in written form till 20 September, 2010.
